  • "A fantastic book that feels like a complete guide to understanding and navigating what can be a tough time of life. I read the new 'for men' book first, loved it, and then came here to get the woman's perspective.

Like the version for men, this is incredibly clear, direct and practical, and offers great objective advice, not telling women what to decide but not sitting on the fence and being clear on the author's perspective. I gained further insights and further practical advice to share with the women in my life.

Very well written and structured, helpful and I loved the humour/lightening elements - these balanced what is a very serious topic very eloquently. It is very brave to share personal stories on such personal and sensitive topics, and this vulnerability really helps the reader understand and empathise with the challenges."

Am I going crazy?

Have I developed insomnia

Do I have dementia?

My periods are chaotic, what's happening?

Why do my joints ache?

Why am I tired and forgetful, all the time?

Menopause happens for all women as your biology does its thing with hormones, and you may find the transition through this stage can be deeply uncomfortable and sometimes scary. There is a great deal of information available but it's meaningless without context. Until you get an understanding of menopause and its symptoms you might struggle to associate it with what you are feeling.

Clients regularly find me when they get to the stage of thinking they are going crazy, and my hope is always that you find me before then.
